This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with the SimpleAML real estate website (realestate.simpleaml.com.au) and the SimpleAML real estate web application. By using our site or app, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Important — app data: Compliance data you enter into the SimpleAML app (listing records, CDD verification data, risk assessments, agency details, documents) is currently stored in your browser's local storage and is not transmitted to or stored on our servers. See Section 6 for full details.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. We do not use your information for advertising profiling or targeted marketing.
SimpleAML uses Firebase, a platform developed by Google, as part of our technical infrastructure. Firebase is used for website hosting (Firebase Hosting) to serve the SimpleAML site and application reliably.
As a result, your connection to SimpleAML passes through Google's infrastructure. Google may process certain technical data (such as IP addresses and request logs) as part of providing this hosting service. This is governed by Google's Privacy Policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy.
Future change — user accounts: We intend to introduce optional user registration and login functionality in a future version of SimpleAML, using Firebase Authentication. When this feature is introduced, we will update this Privacy Policy and notify users clearly. At that point, account information (such as email address) will be stored on Firebase's servers, which are located outside Australia. We will provide full details of this before the feature goes live.
Click Seed Pty Ltd and SimpleAML are the data controller for any personal data processed in connection with our services. Google acts as a data processor in relation to Firebase services.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the SimpleAML website. Google Analytics collects anonymous information about your visit, including which pages you view, how long you spend on the site, and how you arrived.
This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. We use it solely to improve the website and understand what content is most useful to visitors.

The SimpleAML application is designed with your data privacy and security in mind. All compliance data you enter into the app — including listing records, CDD verification data, risk assessments, agency details, training records, and uploaded documents — is stored in your browser's local storage on your own device.
This means your compliance data is not transmitted to, or stored on, any server operated by Click Seed Pty Ltd or any third party. It exists only on the device and browser you use to access the app.

Note: If you clear your browser's local storage or use the app in a private/incognito window, your data will not persist between sessions. Always use the export function to maintain your records.

SimpleAML is a professional compliance tool intended for use by adults operating in regulated industries. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, particularly as we introduce new features such as user accounts. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of SimpleAML after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
If we introduce features that materially change how we handle your personal data — such as the introduction of user accounts and Firebase Authentication — we will make this clearly visible on the site before those features go live.
